The Cambria real estate market hasn’t shown a large decrease in sales like some other cities have but in terms of the price of the homes sold, it has. From 11/13/06 to 12/13/06 in Cambria, California there were: 8 New listings, 15 Price Reductions, 12 Pendings and 7 Solds. For those sold properties, the Sell Price over List Price average has dropped from last year. Only 1 home out of 7 sold was in the triple digits percentage-wise (100.0%) and one year ago at this time, 4 homes out of 8 sold were above or at 100%. More properties are selling in the mid-range ($601K-$900K) than last year - 5 out of 8 sold homes sold last year were above $900,000 and this year, for the same time period, 1 home out of 7 sold homes was above $900,000.
